Everything guests ask us before booking: the hot tub, the sauna, distances, accessibility and how check-in works. If anything is still unclear, write to us and we answer ourselves.
Do the apartments have a private sauna?
Yes. From 1 November 2026 each of the two apartments has its own Finnish sauna for exclusive use: Ayous wood, a heater with volcanic stones and two-level benches. It is not shared and there are no time slots.
Is the hot tub private and always on?
Yes. Each apartment has its own LUXSPA hot tub, for exclusive use and switched on 24 hours a day. The water is filtered continuously and treated with ozone and UV light, so it is ready at any hour, including the day you arrive.
How far is Corralejo?
About 10 minutes by car. The apartments are in Villaverde, in the municipality of La Oliva, in the north of Fuerteventura. El Cotillo is a similar distance away.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
The ground-floor apartment is: 105 m² on a single level, step-free access from outside, no threshold, no steps inside and a walk-in shower. Parking is right outside the door. If you need exact door or shower measurements, we send them before you book.
How many people can stay?
Each apartment sleeps 2 or 3 people. A fourth place is only possible for a child, and it is best to ask before booking.
How far is Fuerteventura airport?
31 kilometres, a little under half an hour by car. We offer transfers to and from the terminal on request; ask us for the price and time when you book.
Do I need a car?
We recommend one for getting around the north of the island. Parking inside the resort is free. If you would rather not drive on arrival day, we can pick you up at the airport.
How do I get into the apartment?
With a TEDEE smart lock: you receive a link on your phone and let yourself in, with no app to install and nobody to wait for, whatever time your flight lands. There is no reception and no check-in window.
Is there a swimming pool?
Yes. Costa Ancor II is a private gated resort with two communal pools, a children's pool, Canarian gardens and 24-hour security, a few metres from your door.
Is it cheaper to book on your website than on Airbnb or Booking?
Yes. On fuerteventuravv.com it is the same apartment and the same hosts, without the commission the platforms add, and you deal with the owners directly. If you have stayed with us before, write to us: returning guests get 10% off.
Is there wifi and somewhere to work with a laptop?
Yes. Fibre wifi throughout the apartment and a desk with a lamp and chair. It is included, like everything else.
Are pets allowed?
Yes. We are pet friendly: bring your pet, just tell us when you book and we confirm the conditions. The apartments are non-smoking.
